These Merrill and Fidelity emails link me to a voting portal where it clearly says “Not Voted” on the ballot.

This is the exact same ballot as last fall.
What’s going on? I already voted this ballot.
If you contact IR to get to the bottom of this, please let us know what they say.
I had the same issue with Vanguard I found that I had to download the Proxy Vote app first My proxy was marked voted after submitting it again

I noticed the exact same thing and called my brokers, who said that they will look into this.

They hope that we will change our vote to ‘FOR’ Article 4 before the Delaware Court rules in favor of HK.

From TPL IR:
you should reach out to your brokerage, they handle your proxy.
You can also call the proxy solicitor Mackenzie Partners and usually they can record your vote so it aligns with your intent. Their number is 1-800-322-2885.

Our stock is down over $1000 per share primarily from these guys fighting with two board members and largest most loyal shareholders. Now they want to do a “RE Do” so see if the vote is in their favor. This is amazing.

Fidelity says they have no record of TPL allowing vot s through Fidelity. This is peculiar because your screenshot shows fidelity.

In the top right search box enter “vote proxy” and then click on “proxy materials and voting”. See if it is there.

I wondered about that, just checked my Merrill Edge account and plenty of Proxy Vote solicitations but no TPL.

I just noticed The Proxy Solicitation refers to the 2023 Annual Meeting May 18th 2023 not the 2022 Annual meeting!
I also looked at the original 220 Annual meeting 14F ands found “Only stockholders of record at the close of business on September 22, 2022 are entitled to notice of and to vote at the Annual Meeting or any adjournment thereof.”
