  6. This is a total game changer. With McGinnis gone Murray would be closer to control of the Board. TPL will finally be able to reach it’s full potential. It’s been a looong road but the light at the end of the tunnel is here. This suit combined with declassification of the Board will add tremendous value. Very impressed by Gabi’s effort. Godspeed Gabi!

    • Be careful what you ask for. It’s not like the Stahl involvement has improved things. In fact, since they shifted to activism it’s become more muddled.
