  1. absolutely ridiculous for a company of this size. Poor governance and lack of standards. Run like a mom and pop good o’l boy operation. Wonder what else hasn’t been done properly?

  2. I don’t see how the current trustees have a leg to stand on. This stuff is ridiculous, even more so that the trust is a $7b enterprise. The more I learn about the incumbents the more pissed off I get.

  3. Borders on criminal. These guys act like there are no unit holders, and they can self serve.
    Let’s get Oliver in. Right now I’d vote them all out. When this election its over, someone needs to look at our rights under a NY Trust.
