  1. Oh the irony. The PHL airport is about 30 minutes from the courthouse. DFW to PHL is a hub to hub non-stop flight on AA. This is one of the few times where it takes longer to fly private that commercial.

    Question: is taking the company plane across the country to sue shareholders a routine matter?
