Big win for ‘right to act by written consent’. No surprises elsewhere. 4 is still in poor governance limbo.

I am shocked at the lopsided vote against #8, releasing HK && Softvest being released from the agreement. That to me was the second most important item to be voted upon.

Remember HK had to oppose it. So when any shareholder proposal starts off 25% behind, its going to be hard to get to a majority. Still, it shows it has merit and I would expect to see it come back for next year’s election in some form.

I agree, but taking his 20+% of the vote out, I don’t understand why the other 75% minus the broker non-vote wouldn’t want their votes on our side.

Yea. I thought it had a real approval chance after reading about the support in the Gliksburg letter.

Great to see Oliver win by the largest margin of any Director. Shows where the future of this company is headed. The independent Directors should start lining up behind Oliver and Murray instead of Barry. It’s clear where shareholders are showing their support

Who votes the shares the company holds that were not retired? The clowns?
