  1. I’m curious as to how the institutional ownership composition will change following conversion. Certainly being a C-Corp and no longer a Trust will allow for many investment mandates to kick into play.

    As well, the recent mentions of “investor engagement” should positively impact this. I wonder if T. Rowe Price was on their rounds?
