  1. If you are asking for permission from the SEC, why only ask for two weeks and not four weeks? What are they so certain about that they only need 2 weeks? 2 more questions and I will be ready for Passover!!! The hardest skill to master in investing is patience!!!!

  2. Can’t help but to think that this is HK and crew saying let’s get this governance crap resolved and pushed through the finish line ASAP. Makes me think they are leaning a little bit. However, it could also just be a formality since they were nearing that 30 day period that they had to have a decision made by. Makes me think that HK and crew are hoping for the rest of the task to take no more than two weeks to resolve and trying to put a little pressure to keep it moving by the two week extension instead of a month extension…..

  3. This is interesting since two weeks is insignificant given the lawsuit ending agreement was back in July 31, 2019. I am thinking it may be procedural issues, and not controversial themes that have led to a relatively minor delay. Perhaps its the drafting of the legal paperwork for the new holding company and the required 168 pages of risk factors. The wheels of a law firm turn slowly, but grind exceedingly fine.

It also helps bolster my opinion the news will be a big deal when it is released.
