All board members elected.
Special meeting passed.
No non-binding proposals passed.
No shareholder questions allowed.
Mgmt and board hung around room a bit for shareholder interactions.

I’ve been to 5-6 TPL Annual Meetings in the past decade. This was a terrible meeting. No Q&A period. Attendees were told to find a Board member in the room if anyone had a question. Very very disappointing.

So was this the election where Stahl and Oliver were allowed to vote against the other board members and they just didn’t? Is that fight over?
