It’s that time of year again. Company is petitioning the SEC to take “no action” on two proposals this year.

The Goldstein proposal affirms my belief that there remains a large contingent of shareholders (self included) that remain steadfastly opposed to equity issuance.

  1. What concrete steps have the board and management taken to gain the confidence of shareholders? Aren’t our holdings still subject to the threat of significant dilution?

  2. This board just doesn’t learn. First they force the share authorization proposal down our throats and now they won’t even accept a proposal that attempts to condition their ability to issue these shares. Why doesn’t this board ever learn
