  1. The voting results show a lot unity of among shareholders. We like the new board members, we’re happy to pay them what they want, etc. We just want more integrity, transparency, and an ethos that serves this unique company best. This is a great opportunity to reset relations and maximize growth and returns for everybody.

I can’t help but wonder what the voting results would have been if HK and SV’s One and a half million plus shares hadn’t been required by the Cooperation Agreement to support the prior boards positions. When I compare that 1 1/2 Million with the Votes Against for Proposals 4 [1,799,137] and 7 [1,917,165] it seems that the institutions with over 4 million shares [including HK and Sv’s] were generally in favor of the passage of proposals 4 and 7.

  4. I like that MS received the most ‘for’ votes of the 3 board candidates despite the shareholder advisory service statement and subsequent restatement. Weird that he got a lot of ‘no’ votes as well and easily the fewest abstentions out of the whole kit and kibbutal (sp?).

    All in all it looks like things are moving in the right direction much faster than I hoped. I still feel that everyone on the board other than EO, MS and the two new members must go. They either were complicit in misrepresenting the need for prop 4 or they didn’t understand the company well enough to know it was a misrepresentation. Given the enormity of prop 4 and following lawsuit; either way it disqualifies them IMO. It would be nice if the shareholder advisory services remembered this next year when it matters.

      New England slang term from 1900s. Means the entire kit ( backpack) and bundles (kaboodle) a person might carry on a trip, i.e., everything including the kitchen sink.

      • thanks. I have said that my entire life and never knew how it was spelled. Spell check was no help, it wanted to give me kabuto…………. Kabuto being either 1. a form of sushi or sushi bar Or 2. Kabuto is a small arthropod Pokémon resembling a horseshoe crab that has been regenerated from a fossil.

        • Important addendum. Phrase is not to be confused with Kitten Kabooble, a Canadian cabaret artist and the oldest contestant on Rue Paul’s Drag Race. “I’m a MILF in drag and a Grand Daddy out of Drag and that’s what I call range!”

          I’m now going to spend the next 20 years waiting for the chance to airily use the word Kabuto correctly.
