1. Sorry, but what does this mean? This is the first I’ve heard about a road show, and what’s this about a “non-deal”?

2. “Non-Deal” means they are not selling equity (follow-on offering, debt (bonds), or pimping a bad A&D deal.

9. It looks to me like bringing Credit Suisse in on a road show reveals that the committee has reached a C corp decision and will be sharing that to bring institutional investors into the game. You don’t have a road show to deliver bad news, especially not with someone like CS with you.

   Game on, I’m expecting an announcement before the road show begins. Stay tuned.
