24 Hours – VOTE

Inside 24 hours now. As of this writing, I still haven’t received my proxy materials via USPS. Unconscionable. But what else should we expect?

Now is the time to vote. To do so, you have to call MacKenzie Partners at 800-322-2885. They will look up your shares and allow you to cast your vote.

Don’t wait for paper copies or an email from your broker. Neither are coming! Take that as the insult that it is.

  1. If Shawn Amini and Chris Steddum get any bonus this year, that just may be the tell that this disgraceful proxy process was the intentional design of David Barry and his cronies.

  2. Voted with Gliksberg on everything. Call Mackenzie and read off the ballot that’s at this Twitter link.

    Send the criminals packing!

  3. What the Board has done might be criminal. They are doing eVERYTHING in their power to make sure THEY stay in POWER. They do not want YOU to vote! They delayed the vote, delayed the materials, and have made it exceedingly difficult to vote for YOUR SHARES! Call that number and Vote them out!

  4. if MS votes against Dana, that’s 25% against. Dana (and his trustee overlords aka the absurd clown posse) would need to win 3/4 of the rest of the votes to keep the current rigged game. Not gonna happen.

Next tactic, TPL files suit against MS over shareholder agreement. Dana keeps playing in the band till that suit is settled.

    TPL shareholders labeled insurrectionists.

  5. Hey everyone – follow up – I submitted my questions for the annual meeting (as per the proxy) to the official email (see below). I CC’d the board, IR, and CFO to make sure that nothing is “overlooked.”

If you have questions that you want answered, submit them by 11:59pm CST tonight! See below for the list of email addresses.

Here are the pointed questions I asked – I think it’s time this gets on the official record.

    ——————————

    To Whom It May Concern:

As per the stated deadline, I am submitting to you my list of questions that I wish to have addressed in the annual meeting tomorrow:
Did Dana McGinnis own the 177,223 shares that was claimed?

Can the board make the findings of the McGinnis share inquiry public, and if not, can you comment as to why the board is choosing to not make it public?

Was there ever a moment in TPL’s existence where Mission Advisors was the second largest shareholder of TPL?

Does the compensation committee believe that executives should benefit from the performance of the passive portions of the business – OR – Should executive variable compensation come only from the actively managed portions of the business?

I will be in attendance to the virtual meeting tomorrow and hope to have these questions answered.

    Thank you,
    Brandon Bell

Lastly, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR CONTROL NUMBER READY FOR MEETING TIME. YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE IT IN ORDER TO ACCESS THE MEETING PORTAL FOR THE CALL.

To get your control number, contact your broker.
To vote your shares, if you haven’t received notice via your brokerage, call your brokerage for the control number, then call MacKenzie Partners at (800) 322-2885 to vote your shares over the phone ASAP.
